Deposit/Cancellation
Policy
Deposit
in the amount of one night's stay will be taken at time of reservation
for stays of less than one month with a 3-day cancellation notice required
for refund. Deposit of $500 for stays of one month or longer with
a 30-day cancellation notice. Any alterations in arrival or departure
dates must be done 3 days prior to arrival on stays less than one month,
and 30 days prior to arrival on stays of one month or longer to allow
any refunds. Only funds drawn on a U.S. bank are accepted.
Restrictions
Class A Motor coaches
only. Minimum length 28 ft. All other types of RV's are
prohibited. Coaches must be approved by RVIA.
NO CAR TRAILERS OR TOW DOLLIES are allowed in the resort. The
parking lot will not accommodate these vehicles for storage. Check
with reservation clerk about adjacent storage facility.
