Discounts for FMCA Members on Short Term stays only. Put Member number on reservation at the time of booking, OR call prior to the day of arrival in order to receive discount. No Discount Offered during Music Festival Weekends
In order to verify credit card information and accuracy, $1.00 Convenience Fee will be charged at the time of booking.
Additional $50.00 per night will be applied during Music Festival weekends over the stated rate.
We are a CLASS ‘A’ ONLY motor coach resort. No Exceptions will be made.
Reservations for the Upcoming 2017/2018 Season will be opened for booking starting August 1st, 2017
We reserve the right to not accept any reservations for anyone who is attending the local Music Festivals, i.e. Coachella Music Festival. Call our Reservation line at 1.800.892.2992 to check availability. Additional $50.00 charge per night applied to the stated rate for Music Festival weekends, April and October 2016

Some of our guests reserve spots 6-9months in advance. To get a good location, we recommend you reserve one as early as possible. If you are making a reservation for a date less than two days in advance please do so by phone. Rates subject to change without notice
Business Terms & Conditions
Outdoor Resort Indio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and ask them to leave the resort if necessary. No refunds will be issued if we feel that there have been disturbances to the community.
Only funds drawn on a U.S. bank are accepted.
3 Day cancellation notice required on all reservations of less then a month. If not cancelled prior to 3 days before, there will be a charge of one night stay applied without refund.
30 Day cancellation notice for stays of one month or longer. $500 deposit required at the time of reservation. Any alteration in arrival or departure dates must be done 3 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departure.
Motor Coach Reservation Policies
1. Monthly Rates are based on 30 day month
2. ID must be presented upon check-in, including any identification required for discounts
3. Nightly rates include full hook-up site, fees, electric, tax and use of all resort amenities
4. $35.00 Cleaning deposit is collected upon check in. These deposits are fully-refundable after check-out if site is clean and no damage or missing items are found.
