We’ve outlined everything you need to know before you arrive so your stay is smooth, simple, and enjoyable from the moment you check in.

Motorcoach Requirements

To maintain the resort’s high standards, all motorcoaches must meet the following guidelines:

  • Class A motorcoaches only
  • Minimum length: 30 feet
  • Coaches 10+ years old require management approval
  • Full body paint required (no decals)
  • Must be in like-new condition: no fading, peeling, rust, or damage
  • Photos may be requested during booking

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Arrival: after 2 pm and before 9 pm
  • Departure: by 11 am

 

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • May–November: 3-night minimum
  • December–April: 5-night minimum
  • Stays 31+ days must be booked by phone: 760-775-7255

Deposits

  • Stays 62 days or fewer: 50% deposit required at booking
  • Stays 63 days or more: one month’s rent due at booking

 

Cancellations

  • Stays under 31 days: 14-day notice required for refund
  • Stays 31+ days: 30-day notice required for refund

Maximum of 6 guests per lot
Base rate includes 2 guests
Additional guests: $12 + tax per person per day
