We are a Class A Only Motorcoach Resort. We require motorcoaches to have a minimum length of 30 feet. We screen motorcoaches that are ten years or older for conditions of the motorcoach. If the paint of the motorcoach is fading or chipping, it will not be approved. Full body paint is required; no decals are allowed. We request photos for management approval.
We have two classifications of Lot locations: Golf Course and Perimeter. Within each of those classifications there is a five-step pricing tier: Standard, Standard Plus, Premium, Premier and Casita. All sites are individually owned, and the general criteria within these categories may vary. Some rental sites are available for sale.
Standard: Table with 4 chairs, umbrella, BBQ & Wi-Fi.
Standard Plus: Cloth shade structure, umbrella, dining table, 4 chairs, BBQ, & Wi-Fi.
Premium: Hard top pergola, dining table and chairs, outdoor kitchen w/BBQ, additional seating, & Wi-Fi.
Premier: Full built out pergola, upgraded finishes, full outdoor kitchen w/BBQ, built out entertainment center w/TV, dining table and chairs, additional lounge sitting area, Wi-Fi.

BOOKING POLICIES
- Check-in time is after 3 pm and no later than 10 pm.
- Lots are NOT guaranteed. They are subject to change.
- Motor coaches 10 years or older need management approval.
- Motor coach is to be kept in "like new" condition and defined as free from fading, chipping, peels, cracking, or rust. No advertisement of any kind is allowed on motor coaches or tow cars.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights May – November
- Minimum stay of 5 nights December – April

Deposit Requirements:

Reservations of 60 days or less: 50% deposit required upon booking.

Reservations of 61 days or more: One month's rent as a deposit.

Under 30 days: 14-day notice for deposit refund.

CONDITIONS
- No more than 6 guests are allowed per lot.
- Daily/monthly rental fees are inclusive of 2 guests. There is a $10 per person/per day additional fee for extra guests. Fees will be added upon receipt of reservation.
- Rates are subject to change during the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach weekends. Please contact us for an up-to-date seasonal rates.
