We are a Class A Only Motorcoach Resort. We require motorcoaches to have a minimum length of 30 feet. We screen motorcoaches that are ten years or older for conditions of the motorcoach. If the paint of the motorcoach is fading or chipping, it will not be approved. Full body paint is required; no decals are allowed. We request photos for management approval.
Rental rates are set by location (Golf Course View, Close to Golf Course with Pool View, or Privacy/Perimeter lots) and on-site amenities. All sites are individually owned, and the general criteria within these categories may vary. Some rental sites are available for sale.
Standard: Table/chairs, umbrella and barbecue
Premium: Multiple umbrellas (2), kitchen, table/chairs, barbecue (other amenities will vary)
Premier: Outdoor kitchen, additional seating, dining, hardcover pergola, ceiling fans, upgraded finishes.

BOOKING POLICIES
- Check-in time is after 3 pm and no later than 10 pm.
- Lots are NOT guaranteed. They are subject to change.
- Motor coaches 10 years or older need management approval.
- Motor coach is to be kept in "like new" condition and defined as free from fading, chipping, peels, cracking, or rust. No advertisement of any kind is allowed on motor coaches or tow cars.
- All reservations over a month or more are subject to a 30-day cancellation. The $500 deposit will be nonrefundable unless canceled according to the cancellation policy.
- All reservations of less than a month are subject to a 3-day cancellation. If not canceled three days before the check-in date, a charge for a one-night stay will be applied.

CONDITIONS
- No more than 6 guests are allowed per lot.
- Daily/monthly rental fees are inclusive of 2 guests. There is a $10 per person/per day additional fee for extra guests. Fees will be added upon receipt of reservation.
- Rates are subject to change during the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach weekends. Please contact us for an up-to-date seasonal rates.
